“Our expansion programme is on track. In addition to our current 11 ATRs and 13 Boeing 737NGs, we are getting another three more B737NGs before the end of the year. With more aircraft, we will be able to add more destinations. Our expansion has been nothing but exponential as we flew 900,000 people in 2013, our first year of operation and it increased to 2.5 million in 2014, and we anticipated a staggering jump to 4 million by the end of 2015. Our coverage at a frantic pace to a total of 10 countries in the region by the year-end contributes to the hike. Importantly, this also means we are opening up more job opportunities for Malaysians,” he also said.
